Zohar Cosmetics employs a strict and an uncompromising quality assurance division that ensures that all products meet the highest standards of quality. Work in the factory is carried out according to the highest standards in every department and at every stage, including intake, storage, sampling, testing, qualifying or disqualifying of raw or packaging materials, production, packaging, release or disqualification of formulas, shipping, and more.
Strict documentation for future reference
The strict quality assurance process ensures full precise and detailed documentation of all laboratory procedures for future reference. Likewise, the solutions are sampled for stability on a continuous basis, and kept under controlled conditions for a period of 7 years.
Regular inspections to ensure a fail-proof system
The Q&A process performs regular internal inspections at the various factory divisions for the purpose of improving efficiency and overseeing regular work. It also keeps track of materials, suppliers and manufacturers, locates and approves new ones, as well as inspects existing ones to ensure quality of materials supplied, for the formulas as well as for packaging materials.
